― A tree-planting campaign and donation prototype
Tree-planting campaigns need to connect a donor's payment with a clear planting purpose and a record that the donor can understand. NaturaFund explored that experience as a web prototype.
| Field | Record |
|---|---|
| Status | Deployed prototype |
| Product idea | Tree campaign, donation, and tree identity |
| Technology | Next.js, React, and Supabase |
| Recorded impact | None |
Environmental campaigns can explain a goal while leaving donors unsure about fund use or the tree connected to their contribution. The concept proposed a unique identity for each tree and a campaign page that explained the planting purpose.
I worked on the frontend prototype. We did not keep a team-role breakdown, and the project had no campaign partner, payment operation, or planting operation.
The prototype links campaign information, donor action, fund allocation, and a tree record as one proposed journey.
The diagram describes the proposed journey. We did not connect it to a payment processor or planting partner.
I deployed the Next.js interface and connected the prototype structure to Supabase. Visitors can inspect the campaign and donation journey without sending money.
The prototype collected no donations and planted no trees. I also have no donor study, partner agreement, or survival-rate data.
The product needs payment controls, partner verification, planting documentation, privacy rules, and financial reporting before it can operate as a donation platform. Until then, NaturaFund remains an interface prototype.
