― A registration and trainee-data workflow for a physical training business
Indonesian The Winner prepares students for physical tests used in military, police, and government recruitment. The business needed a web presence and a registration path that staff could carry into trainee administration.

Prospective trainees needed program information and a clear way to register. Staff then needed to move each registration into a working record without copying form details across separate tools.
I built the company website and registration workflow. I also exported and maintained trainee data through the database and Microsoft Excel. My work included site maintenance after the first release.
I no longer have visitor, registration, or enrollment counts. I report the workflow I shipped without attaching a conversion claim.
I connected the public website to the registration and staff data process. The design gave prospective trainees a path from program information to form submission. The operations flow gave staff a structured record and an export for follow-up work.
I kept public content and staff operations within the same system boundary. That decision reduced the number of handoffs between inquiry and administration.
The client received a public website, a working registration path, MySQL trainee records, and an Excel export for staff follow-up. I maintained the site after release and handled changes to the stored trainee data.
The former public URL no longer responds, so the case page does not offer a live button.
I did not retain analytics, staff time saved, registration completion, or maintenance tickets. A complete retrospective would need the database field definitions, staff feedback, and release notes.
